PAYMENT
We accept credit card payments and PayNow for orders in Singapore. For orders paid via PayNow, please indicate your order number for reference.
SHIPPING Policy
Singapore Local Orders
For purchases of SGD 100 and above, delivery within Singapore will be FREE of charge via Registered Mail. For purchases less than SGD 100, mode of delivery will be via Registered Mail, available at a flat rate of SGD 7.00 island wide.
Our standard delivery window is 3 to 5 working days, and you will be notified in advance of your delivery. During peak periods, please expect delays of up to 7-10 working days. Depending on the delivery mode, you'll receive a link via SMS and/or email from our delivery partners. If you need to update your delivery time please contact us after you have placed your order (and no less than 3 days before your delivery date) and we'll do our best to accommodate.
International Orders
We offer free shipping outside Singapore for orders over SGD 180. For orders below SGD 180, international shipping via Registered Mail is available at a flat rate, as outlined below. Delivery times vary by country.
Southeast Asia: SGD 15
Asia-Pacific (e.g., Australia, Japan): SGD 25
Europe & North America: SGD 35
Rest of the World: SGD 40
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please take a photo of the damages and email to helloastaria@gmail.com as soon as possible, we will then advise on the next course of action.
Return Policy
Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges based on the following requirements:
- To be eligible for a return, items must be mailed back within 7 days of receipt (14 days for international customers). All additional shipping fees must be paid by the customer.
- Returns and exchanges are allowed only if all items are in good condition and the original tags remain intact.
- Discounted products are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to decline returns if the above requirements are not met.
